This body of work has been based on digital nomadic life where it appears to move substantially without borders. The artworks explore new ways of creating reinterpreted objects of excavated relics from nomadic tribes who lived near the Silk Road, by using 3D digital printer, and CAD techniques. There are parallels between the work and the artworks of ancient nomads, who lived their immigrant life, and had specific decorative characteristics that visually expressed their cultural mobility. This practice-based work discovers and develops unexplored potentialities, such as the connections, the origins, and the recontextualisation of the nomads’ relics, in present day environments with digital technology.
