CLOCKWORK EXTENSION: Hold your manhood firmly in your fist, and moving in a downwards motion, stretch it as far as you can, then keeping it stretched, do a complete 360, ending back at the same point. Think of holding a bicycle wheel whilst it is spinning round and replicate this with your flaccid penis.
It is important, as with any other workout that you do not overdo it, and remain relaxed throughout. Keep form and go steady.
